Data Isolation
Every organisation and school has its own separated data. One school can never see another school's records.
Role-based access
Administrators, principals, teachers, bus staff, parents and students each see only what their role allows.
OTP Based Login
People sign in with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to the mobile number registered with the school, so there are no shared or weak passwords.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Enterprise cloud infrastructure
Genix Connect runs as a managed SaaS service on enterprise cloud infrastructure, so there are no servers for your school to run or patch.
Built for children's data
Student profiles are created and managed by the school. We do not sell or trade personal data, and records can be removed on request through the school.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email sales@inerpulse.com with the details. We will acknowledge your report and work with you to resolve it. Please do not access other people's data while testing.
